“Weekly Photo Challenge: Curves

It has been ages since I have done a weekly photo challenge. This challenge of “curves” came up last night after I got back from taking some shots. In my wandering on the side of the river this curved root that was attached to a tree trunk caught my eye.  The pleasing curve and the textures around the root drew me in.  Reminds me of how water finds the path of least resistance to flow over the landscape.

River

Spent a little time down at the river this afternoon trying out my new tripod. The shots that I took with it are all clear and in focus. I will do an in depth report tomorrow on it.

Burning

Working on the adapter for my new tripod, hopefully I will have some energy in the morning to finish it. Then I can tell everyone the story behind it.
